Privacy

This page covers this website only. Prasso is a separate product with its own privacy policy, which governs anything you do inside it.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded video or social widget, and no third-party request of any kind. The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google. Because nothing is tracked, there is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.

What is stored in your browser

One item, in localStorage, under the key le-theme. It records whether you chose light or dark, so the site does not forget between visits. It never leaves your browser, is not a cookie, and is not readable by anyone else. Clearing your site data removes it. If you never touch the toggle, nothing is stored at all and the site stays light.

Server logs

The hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string) for security and diagnostics. These are generated by the server, are not used to build any profile of you, and are not combined with anything else. They are retained for a limited period and then discarded.

Email

If you email hello@lyonempire.co.uk (see contact), that message and address are kept for as long as needed to deal with what you wrote about, and are not added to any mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Given the above, the answer to the first question is usually "your email, if you sent one". Write to hello@lyonempire.co.uk.
